Sound to Harbor Early Learning Programs provides balanced, nutrient-dense meals that are low in fat, salt, and sugar. Every lunch includes fruits, vegetables, and milk. Breakfast breads include waffles, pancakes, and French breads. Cereals can be Bran Flakes, Crispix, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, and Cheerios. WGR = Whole-grain rich and must contain at least 51% whole grains
