Education & Testing
Center Director/Center Director II
- Bachelor's degree in a job-related area OR associate's degree in early childhood education or related field and four years of experience in an early childhood setting
- Job-related experience within a specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility
- CPR/first-aid card within 60 days of hire
- Food handler's permit within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver's license and insurance coverage as required by law
- STARS Certification within 6 months of hire for full-day, full-year programs
- Criminal justice fingerprint clearance
Center Operations Supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree in a related field is preferred)
- Either enrolled in or willing to enroll in a program leading to a CDA or an associate's degree in early childhood education
- Job-related experience
- CPR/first-aid card within 60 days of hire
- Food handler's permit within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver's license and insurance coverage as required by law
- Criminal justice fingerprint clearance
